CUSTOM ORDER INFO:

*Custom orders take anywhere from an average 4-6 weeks depending on the size and detail of your item.
*Your pendant/chain/ring/bracelet can be made with a 925 Silver core, or an alloy metal core. We prefer 925 Silver for custom jewelry but it cost more than alloy because it is tarnish resistant.
*Your jewelry will be designed in a CAD 3D jewelry program so it is made just like the picture you give us. Finished artwork is needed in advance in jpg. or gif. format only so we can program it into our 3D jewelry computer program.
*You can choose any shape, size, color plating(Yellow/White/Black/Rose) or stone color.
*You will receive timely updates of the process including pictures of the custom work in progress if buying a custom pendant as they are available.
*A 75% non-refundable deposit is required before production starts. You must pay the balance before we ship the final product.
-Credit/Debit cards, Western Union, Money Gram, or Money orders are accepted payment methods.

How to order custom jewelry:
*Please do not send a picture and ask "How much?" without any details. Quotes are given based on the details of your project...

1) Email us with all of your details like the picture, size(height/width/thickness), stone color, loop or bail location, metal choice(925 Silver or alloy) and the plating color.
2) Confirm our custom quote and pay a 75% deposit.
3) 4-6 weeks on average later your pendant will be done and you will pay the remaining 25% balance.
4) We ship with USPS Express mail which means you will have it the NEXT DAY if located inside the U.S.!
